CRM architect and fractional Head of AI.
I build systems that grow revenue and cut costs, then put AI agents inside them so your team does more with the same people.
Quickly became a reference, the go-to guy of the team for tricky configurations and challenging requirements. Very technical in his approach, yet also comfortable and successful in his interactions with clients.
What the work changes
- Revenue up
- Faster quote to cash, a pipeline people trust, reporting that holds up in diligence.
- Costs down
- Licences right-sized, SaaS nobody uses retired, technical debt paid off before it compounds.
- More from the same team
- Automation and AI agents take the repetitive work, so your people spend their time where they add the most value.

Two jobs, one contractor
CRM architect
I design the system, build it, and tie it to a number: revenue it unlocks or cost it removes. Most of my work starts with a CRM that grew without a plan, or two CRMs after a merger.
- Implementations and rebuilds, Salesforce first
- Merging orgs after an acquisition
- Integrations with ERP, accounting, payroll and portals
- Licence and SaaS audits: the right edition, fewer tools
- Data quality, sharing models, technical debt
- Coaching in-house admins so the work outlives the contract
Fractional Head of AI
I lead AI adoption the way an operator would: tied to the P&L, measured, and built by people who stay after I leave.
- Assessment: where AI saves time or money in your business
- Claude agents and MCP servers connected to your tools
- Training your developers and teams on real work
- Automation estates audited, cleaned and owned
- A monthly report on what changed
I treat your budget like it's my own.
Because I've been the owner, not only the consultant. I've run my own company since 2015, built and sold online businesses, and I hold the operating seat at a client I helped grow from zero to nearly €800k a year. I also invest in startups, as an angel today and as a VC analyst before that. I know what a late launch, an unused licence or a tool nobody adopts really costs.
- I size the work to the outcome, not to the hours.
- I tell you what not to build.
- I leave your team able to run it without me.
